| Rental terms | |
| Driver's license : The driver must be 23 years of age and have had a valid driver's license for at least three years. |

| Credit card : The driver must have a credit card in his or her own name. |
|
| Franchise : There is a 857USD deductible for any at-fault accident or damages resulting from breaking and entering. There is a 286 USD deductible for any broken window. |
|
| Deposit : a deposit of 1143 USD is required. The deposit can be paid by check, cash, or with a bank card (depending on the rental office). The deposit will be refunded to you when the camper is returned , providing there are no at-fault damages. |

| Pick up and return of vehicle : he weekly rate covers 7 days/6 nights, between 9.00 and 11.00 on Saturday and 16.00 and 17.00 Friday. The weekend rate includes 3days/3 nights from 10.00 on Friday to 10.00 on Monday or from 16.00 on froday to 16.00 on Monday. We can park your personal vehicle free of charge at your departure point. You must pick up and return the vehicle to the same location. |

| Holidays : the facility is closed on Sunday and holidays : January 1, May 1, May 8, July 14, August 15, November 1, November 11 and December 25. |
|
| Maintenance : The vehicle is provided to you with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with a full tank. |
|
| Determination of the rate period :
If your rental period overlaps two different rate periods, the price will be based on the number of days in each period. |
|
| Hourly runover : If you return the camper after the agreed upon deadline ,you will be charged an additional 43 USD per hour. |
| Payment and cancellation | |
| When booking : a down payment of 30 % is requested when booking. |
|
| Balance : must be paid within 30 days prior departure date. Any reservation that has not been fully paid within this period will automatically be cancelled. The down payment will be credited to the rental agency. |

Cancellation terms: |
| More than 45 days before departure date | 58 USD service fee |
| Between 45 days and 25 days before departure date | 50% of the down payment |
| Less than 20 days before departure date | no reimbursement of the down payment. |
| if you cancel without notifiying us:
the total rental amount is payable and no fees is reilmbursed.We offer cancellation insurance that provides coverage for sickness and serious accident. The fee is 4% of the total rental amount. |
